Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to balance. here is a drink that is a great drink by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with a sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft mouthfeel that softens the palette. The cocoa notes can be traced back to the winter days in the living room, reading a good book and a warm family hug. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being too extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge, and then enjoy.
